“Damn! There are still two KID mechas at the bottom of the pit!” DAJ’s Stealth mecha, caught off guard, urgently reported, “KID’s core is double control, be careful!”

DAJ’s captain froze in shock. “Double control!?”

A deputy coach from Gale also looked over. “The other weapon has both water and freezing effects… it must be a dual-element anomalous crystal. KID’s been hiding so many weapons. If these two weapons had been used during the Agaman battles, things wouldn’t have gone so smoothly for us.”

Ying Chenlin didn’t pay too much attention to the situation at the pit bottom. With Huo Yan and Lin Yao working together, plus the environment preventing flight, DAJ’s Stealth couldn’t escape their encirclement. “Qingfeng.”  

“Got it!” Ji Qingfeng, running at high elevation, took this opportunity to lock onto the DAJ Artillery’s position. His claw quickly adjusted as he moved higher, creating noise to expose the DAJ Artillery’s position. Alarmed, DAJ’s Artillery couldn’t attack the two KID mechas below and was instead targeted by mechas from other teams, forcing him to retreat.

He wanted to retreat, but Ji Qingfeng wasn’t giving him the chance. “You Ge, over here!”  

DAJ’s Artillery turned his head and saw KID’s Stealth. “Is this guy a plaster that can’t be shaken off!?”  

You Su repositioned on the conveyor belt, locking onto the DAJ Artillery high up. Consecutive attacks from the Steel Wind Energy Cannon shook the entire conveyor belt. This limited DAJ’s Medical, who had activated their shield to assist, from reaching the DAJ Artillery’s location in time. However, such obvious combat on the conveyor belt attracted crossfire, with all the firepower converging on the three mechas on the higher ground.  

Ji Qingfeng took the opportunity to run, but DAJ’s Artillery and Medical didn’t have the same agility and were directly attacked by another team positioned even higher. You Su sidestepped into the mine wall, raising his weapon to blast the conveyor belt high up again.  

The livestream audience was astonished by the KID Stealth and Artillery’s ability to coordinate in real time. First, they blasted DAJ’s Stealth into the pit, then immediately moved to control the DAJ Artillery higher up. The synchronization on both fronts was seamless.  

“Crossfire!” the commentator exclaimed. “KID’s Stealth exposed the positions of DAJ’s two mechas, using himself as bait to draw fire to the high ground while marking them as targets for his teammates. This trapped the two DAJ mechas in concentrated crossfire!”  

Another commentator added, “DAJ is now in a dilemma. One high, one low—they can’t split up and can only choose to save one teammate.”  

The other three DAJ mechas were engaged in combat with YGY inside the mining factory and couldn’t immediately provide support. Their captain, unwilling to be tied down, decisively abandoned YGY’s encirclement to rescue their closer Artillery teammate.  

The shift in DAJ’s strategy didn’t go unnoticed. The conspicuous movements of multiple mechas prompted YGY, previously suppressed by DAJ, to seize the opportunity to counterattack. At the same time, CTR, ambushed on high ground, also joined in, targeting DAJ, who had fallen into a passive position.

He rushed to the Artillery’s coordinates for a rescue, but as he and the Artillery retreated with their Medical, YGY had already blocked their rear, leaving them trapped in a dilemma.  

The audience was immediately captivated by the reversal of the situation. A tense battle was on the verge of breaking out, with powerful firepower from all teams scattering debris everywhere.  

Despite being the strongest team, DAJ was suppressed by the combined firepower of the three teams.  

After more than ten minutes of sustained artillery fire, even with their Tank and Medical’s shields, DAJ couldn’t hold out. They were forced to retreat into the mining area’s transport hub, using the DAJ Artillery’s suppressive fire to break out from the flank.  

Just as the audience’s attention was entirely focused on DAJ being under siege, a sudden message flashed across the battlefield. 

——[KID-Yao has eliminated DAJ-Lida]  

The commentator quickly reacted and followed up: “A chaotic four-way battle! The first kill in Zone C happened to DAJ, and KID secured the first kill!”  

【DAJ’s Stealth got eliminated!?】

Even with the DAJ Stealth’s exceptional abilities, it gained no advantage in a 1v2. The KID Tank’s Void Shock Blade was too stable in control, and the Guardian mecha kept relentlessly pursuing them. Their zipline was restricted by the spatial constraints, leaving no chance to escape, and DAJ’s Stealth was slowly but surely worn down by KID’s two mechas.  

DAJ hadn’t anticipated their Stealth mecha would fall before reinforcements arrived, raising their guard against KID to the maximum. DAJ’s captain, realizing they couldn’t afford to keep fighting in such a passive environment, immediately adjusted their strategy and planned to retreat with the entire team.  

This counterattack left DAJ frustrated. The captain, unwilling to leave empty-handed after losing a teammate, locked onto a fleeing mecha atop the high ground. “Let’s secure a point before retreating. YGY’s Stealth is weak; it’s already taken several hits.”  

“I’ve hit it a few times with my cannon shots. We can score.”  

DAJ’s Artillery asked, “Should we go for it?”  

DAJ’s captain, determined not to leave with nothing, replied, “Go for it.”  

【Isn’t DAJ leaving?】  

【They’ve locked onto YGY’s Stealth.】  

A chaotic battle continued. Just as DAJ seemed to have found a suitable breakthrough point to prepare for their escape, YGY’s Stealth, tempted by an opening, threw a control weapon at the exposed DAJ Artillery. But DAJ had been waiting for this. Their Control mecha unleashed a powerful strike upward, trapping YGY’s Stealth in place.  

DAJ’s Medical, in addition to a slowing light shield, carried a magnetic control weapon that could use itself as a coordinate to immobilize YGY’s Stealth.  

The commentators quickly caught on: “DAJ baited YGY’s Stealth with a fake opening! YGY’s Stealth is now at 45% durability. DAJ plans to secure a kill before retreating.”  

Just as DAJ’s Medical immobilized YGY’s Stealth, a red-and-white Control mecha emerged from the transport hub below. Its weapon fired a fierce shot at the conveyor belt above, and green dandelion-like roots instantly spread out, entangling the two mechas up in their positions.  

“KID ambush!” DAJ’s captain shouted.  

DAJ wasn’t about to fall for the same trick twice. Upon seeing the green light, DAJ’s Medical immediately retreated back into the protective circle of their teammates, narrowly avoiding Lucy’s control. “Relax, I dodged—fuck me, KID!”  

Before he could finish speaking, the green dandelion roots had already wrapped around their target, YGY’s Stealth. 

The moment YGY’s Stealth was bound, a water sphere from another direction froze it in place. An ice sphere formed in front of them, falling onto a conveyor belt and rolling down with a thunk thunk thunk along the outer moving conveyor.

DAJ, seeing their prey snatched away: “……”

YGY, trying to save their teammate: “?”

At that moment, KID’s Stealth suddenly flashed onto the edge of the conveyor belt, raised its foot, and kicked YGY’s Stealth downward. Below, KID’s Artillery had already aimed its Steel Wind Cannon at the right angle, blasting the falling YGY Stealth into the pit.
